Our restaurant offers you wide selection of meat and paultry courses: beef, lamb, pork and chicken as well as duck, quail, rabbit and turkeys seasonally. We offer our own heritage and non heritage breed pastured beef and pork, custom processed and butchered on the farm in our abattoir by USDA guidelines.

Our farmed seafood standards are the highest in the industry, with third-party verification to ensure suppliers meet the standards. We are also prepared to offer the premium quality seafood when fresh is not in season.

Changing daily and using the freshest produce picked from market that morning, our restaurants offers a set priced lunch menu, representing exceptional value.
Low-fat Diet
Our restaurant offers greatest selection of low-fat lunches to supply you with key nutrients. Reducing fat in the diet can make it easier to cut calories. Fat provides nine calories per gram while carbohydrates and protein each provide four calories per gram, so choosing low-fat foods makes it possible to eat a larger volume of food for the same number of calories.
